My LifePosted 5/5/2009 @ 1:16 PMWell, it has been a while since posting here on my blog. Life has been so hectic with school, ministry, and just life stuff, but God has been just so good. I am blessed. Last April 4th we had a day camp for the Disability Ministry and the love that they all have just far surpasses anything I could imagine. They are all filled with so much love. The Deaf Ministry is going great as well and now we are looking to do an official launch it. I mean wow!!!! God is good. Then, as far as speaking goes, God has been keeping me steadily busy with that. I was able to travel to Nevada and speak to a wonderful group of ladies, and then travel up to Big Bear and speak with a woman's group. And of course, I am still staying involved with speaking at a recovery group in Orange County which I just spoke at yesterday evening on Moral Reflection. The funny thing is, is that each time God allows me to speak, I think it is because he is trying to tell me something. Things are being revealed to me all the time and I my prayer today is that I can just continue seeking His face and seeking to do His Will. His Will, not mine be done!!!!!
Going to CampPosted 9/8/2008 @ 8:58 PMHey everyone, this week is both an amazing and a stressful week. We are getting ready to take about twenty five people within the disABILITIES Ministry to camp along with about twenty to twenty-five volunteers. We are all so excited. We all have been planning for this for about the last seven months. And as with anything, it is just hard to believe that the time has finally come. So as we venture off to Vista,Ca for three days, please keep us all in prayer for safe travels and just that we are able to provide a wonderful Christ like environment during this time for all of our participants within the ministry. Thank you and God Bless!!!!!
School is OutPosted 6/16/2008 @ 9:39 AMWell, although I am still in class over at Hope University, at least RCC is finally out. It was an interesting semester over at RCC. At least within my English Class. But God is just so faithful. I had to write a ton of essays and a research paper. The difficulty wasn't in writing them, but rather trying to fit God into some of them. And at one point, when I decided to write about the phenomenon of the Fall of Rome, I was told that I couldn't put God within the paper. That was interesting, but because I knew that I was going to build this paper into my research paper, I took God out knowing that I was going to put him back in. This made things even more interesting, because I was told on several occasions that I should change the topic of my research paper as to make it easier and just go for the for sure "good" grade. But anyone who knows me, knows that I am always up for a good challenge, so I said no. The teacher didn't understand why I was so committed to writing on this subject rather than just going for an easier one. In fact, he told me that I might not get the grade that I am hoping for if I write on this subject and continue to stand firm with God being placed within the paper. Well, I told him that my God is greater than this paper and He will work it all out. And to make a long story short, He did. I wrote the paper, put God in it, and glorified him in the process. The good news is, I wound up getting an A on the paper, an A in the class, and a recommendation for the honors program. God is just so good. And when we remain faithful to him despite all of the adversities and discouragements that might come our way, He will forever remain faithful to us when we remain faithful to him. But of course, now, I am applying for the honors program, so please everyone, continue to keep me in prayer as I continue to move forward within the realm of academia. Hope University is going well, but of course I am able to write about God all day long, where doing my general ed at RCC has presented itself as being a little challenging.

Back To SchoolPosted 2/18/2008 @ 12:04 PMWell everyone, I know many of you might think that I am crazy, but I have decided to go back to school. I know that I already have my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Ministry from the Londen Institute for Evangelism, but because of some changes that are occurring, I really just felt God tugging on my heart to go back, so I began to really pray about it and ask God to make it clearly evident that that is what he wanted me to do. And he did!!!! So here I am. I just started Hope International University last week and am scheduled to begin my major of Christian Ministry in March - This was a big decision for me to make and I know that it is God's will. But I would ask that any of my friends, family, and any one that I don't know, just lift me up in prayer as this is a long term commitment that I know God will honor -

disABILITIES Christmas EventPosted 12/17/2007 @ 10:39 PMWell, I hope everyone is having a wonderful time getting ready for Christmas. I myself have found it difficult to find the time to get everything done. But God is always just so amazing that He continuously shows me what this time of year is really all about and what it means to have true joy. Last Saturday was the disABILITIES Ministry Christmas Dinner and Dance. Just over one hundred people attended and it was a blast. Everyone got to enjoy a little magician show at their table, get their picture taken with Santa, recieve a gift from Santa and then of coarse, dance the night away. I was truly blessed to be able to be a part of something so wonderful. And my prayer for the rest of all my friends and family, is that during this time of year you too may also take a moment and reflect on what this time of year is really all about and allow God to fill your hearts with "pure joy". May you all have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!!
P.S. - Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped to make last Saturday's event a true blessing for all of our guys and gals within the disABILITIES Ministry.
