Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centered 12 Step program that was initially developed by John Baker and Rick Warren at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. Jennifer has been involved in leadership within Celebrate Recovery at Crossroads in a multitude of different ways. She led a group for three years for women who had been physically, sexually, and/or emotionally abused. Her and her husband on two different occasions recorded the recovery band Day One at their studio. And then finally, Celebrate Recovery is the place where Jennifer first began her journey of teaching and has since moved on to teaching within other ministries.

Today, although Jennifer is no longer a leader within Celebrate Recovery at Crossroads and her level of involvement has had to lessen, her heart for recovery and seeing people’s lives changed within recovery will always be near and dear to her.
